· To maintain and update attendance in software, duty changes and leave application records both manually and through system on daily basis.
· To work in compliance with policies regarding attendance, leaves, overtime, benefits, employment record & hiring and firing etc.
· To feed data of new employees in software, complete personal file of the employees as per approved check list and prepare appointment letters timely.
