Job Descriptions
- Candidate will be incharge of construction site.
- Candidate will be responsible for material management. He will keep record of material available at site, track the consumption and timely order for future jobs.
- Candidate will manage labor or labor contractor.
- Candidate should be able to prepare BOQ.
- Candidate will be responsible for construction as per company safety & quality policy and quality guidelines.
- Candidate will be responsible for construction supervision as per labor contract and main contract.
- He will be responsible for construction supervision as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Candidate will be responsible for time management of site team.
- Candidate may further be assigned additional responsibilities as and when required by the management.
- Candidate should be well representable and well-mannered
