We are UK based international e-commerce business. After our last year amazing success we are expanding our team and needs a candidate who is dynamic, hard-working, fashion conscious and passionate about e-commerce.
You'll be:
⦁ Answering questions from our community of users via phone and social media with honesty, positivity and in time.
⦁ Talking directly with our supporters and customers, developing a deep understanding of what our community really wants from an e-commerce shop.
⦁ Well versed with computers as the job requires managing & processing online data, maintaining related records and data entry in online products catalog
⦁ Providing general support to colleagues and contributing to team effort by accomplishing related goals as needed.

Your working life
This position is available full-time and is a work from home opportunity. There will be few visits to our ware house only when required.
