Samson’s Group of Companies is urgently looking for an experienced and diligent “Field Executive” having minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in the fields of retail audits or retail research (senior surveyor in retail audit or customized research). Job specifications and requirements for this position are mentioned below:
o Field of experience: Retail Market Research/customized research
o Minimum education: Graduation
o age range: 25-40
o Minimum relevant experience: 5 years
o Location: Hyderabad
Duties and responsibilities of the job are mentioned as follows:
· Oversee the quality and productivity of the work done by FS's who are assigned under his supervision.
· The FE is required to do Spot checks and Accompaniments of his assigned FS,s. This should be done randomly while the FS in the store without prior notification, FE will conduct call-backs whenever this is deemed necessary
· Recruitment of retail audit panel in all assigned towns
· With the aid of maps and plotting the panel on them the supervisors keeps track of the status of the panel and maintains the required parameters/ target panel structure and replaces the lost outlets in the same period as per requirement
· Prepare the field visit schedule of FS,s under his assignment
· Inform SIS managers about new products in the market or any change in description & prices by submitting weekly new product launch report, this should include
· Assisting the managers in organizing and supervising the SIS operations
· Arranging the delivery of gifts to the office and distributing them to each assigned FS
· Tracking and documenting each auditor's field performance through performance reports, which are submitted to the SIS Manager for review
· Ensure the accuracy of the product lists
LANGUAGE & OTHER SOFT SKILLS REQUIRED
o Understanding of the local market environment
o Organization and basic English language communication skills
o Ability to read instructions and write reports, Ability to work under strict deadlines,
o Computer Knowledge, Enjoy outdoor work.
