• To ensure organizational efficiency by implementation of all HR functions and systems in place like recruitment & selection, training & development, EHS, Performance management, SOPs regularization, policies implementation
    • Responsible for rationale manpower planning and resource optimization           
    • Initiate and maintain the EHSS policies and procedures in line with best national practices.
    • Existing policies review and introduction of new policies, ensuring implementation of policies and SOPs as well
    • Maximum Compliance with local legislative requirements pertaining to Labour Laws
    • Compliance with Leave & Attendance Management Policy
    • Successful implementation of HRMS
    • Improvement in employee’s productivity resulting in decreased manpower hours
    • Business process outsourcing to improve efficiency and reduce cost in specified factory / administrative operations
    • Effective resolution of employee’s grievances
    • Promote performance based culture that reward employees on business as well as individual performance.
    • To ensure development and implementation of Training & Development Calendar for the year and implemented as per Career Development Plans
    • To introduce and maintain the Succession Planning Process for employee development and career enhancement
    • Ensure high employee retention rate
