Job Description

1.      Pro-active in Trade Marketing strategy definition. Propose, get validation, and drive smooth implementation.

2.      Responsible for the achievement of the defined KPIs

3.      Responsible of the execution in field following SOPs.

4.      Propose, get validation, and drive implementation of Trade programs.

5.      Responsible to identify opportunities for promotions and consumer engagement.

6.      Complete market visits to ensure excellence in terms of execution of trade marketing plans.

7.      Closely monitor and evaluate SIS reports to fulfil identified gaps and maintain numeric targets.

8.      Closely monitor and evaluate ExMapping reports to fulfil identified gaps and maintain high level of execution.

9.      Provide weekly and monthly performance reports against KPIs.

10.   Plan, review and implement National coverage in line with organizational objectives.

11.   Ensure talent are upholding Samsons Code of Conduct and Values

12.   Raise PPP by empowering and overseeing individuals instead of micromanagement.

13.   Responsible for building team capability

14.   Continuously innovate and improve business SOPs.

15.   Increase operational efficiency through innovation.
