- Run Shift with all SOP’s.
- Prepare and compile production reports.
- Physical checking of reports prepares by section in charges.
- Control over wastage and prepare daily wastage report during the production process.
- Receive demand plan from sales department.
- Start the production process according to the demand plan.
- Checking labor dress code, personal hygiene, and working timings.
- Monitor product quality.
- Make sure the cleanliness of all the machines.
