• Develops attendance schedule and tour plans for the sales team
  • Ensures that the punching of sales team data such as DSRs and Des is properly done via software
  • Develops sales report of every territory by gathering the information of sales via Des and DSRs
  • Tracks the performance of sales team by analyzing the daily sales targets
  • Develops the acknowledgements of software and share it with the management
  • Schedules the Des unvisited shop visit and punches the sales targets of DSRs
  • Coordinates the sales targets with the executive management after receiving it from different regions
  • Shares the incentives of Des with DSRs and with Territory Managers  
  • Ensures that distributor claims, and receipts are vetted by FBR
  • Prepares regional meeting reports and shares with the Regional Managers
  • Analyzes the sales targets of DSRs and Des based on the annual sales volume share with the Regional Managers
