We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager, Accounts. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic organization that values professionalism, innovation, and growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Bookkeeping of various branches.
  • Entering financial information into appropriate Accounts software.
  • Vendor Payments.
  • Managing day-to-day transactions.
  • Processing business expenses.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions to the branch team.
  • Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.
  • Processing Refunds to clients.
  • Processing petty cash and enter petty cash expenses in software.
  • Support to Procurement manager in preparation of Inventory report sheet and entry of the same in accounts software.
  • Deduction of Withholding tax on payments made.
  • Understanding of Sales tax and income tax law.
  • Coordinating Internal and External Audits.
  • Preparation of Sales Reconciliation Report.
  • Preparation of Cash Reconciliation Report.
  • Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statement.
  •  Preparation of Cash flow statement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Proven experience in accounting or finance roles, with at least 02 years in a supervisory capacity
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office suite
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
