Job Description:
- Sangtvon Rubber Ltd. Part. is looking for candidates having experience of Accounts & Finance due to enhancement in business.
The Candidate/Incumbent should:

- Various types of Executive Reporting on Daily, Weekly, Monthly and annual basis.
- Maintaining Petty Cash Statements, Daily Expense Book etc.
- Making Production Report, quality Reports, Stock Report and Inpass and Out pass Report, Dispatch Report on daily Basis
- Seeks confirmation from Banks on the behalf of the company to assure timely transactions and prepare and maintain Daily Cash Positions.
- Command on Peach Tree accounting software will be preferred.
- Must be expert in Excel, Word, Emails and Web Browsing
- Prepare Income Statement, Balance sheet, Accounts receivables
- Review monthly Financial Assessment of company's performance
- Timely identification and rectification of financial and operational concerns
- Must scrutinize and authorize the petty cash of the Factory
Tasks
- Payroll Processing, Attendance Processing, Production Reporting, Daily Quality Reporting, Delivery Challan, Gate Pass, Maintaining different Registers, Voucher Management,
Tools
- Excel, Word, Browsing
Certifications
- CA, ACCA, B.Com, M.Com or Relevant
Experience:
- Atleast 2-3 Years of working Experience in a big firm.
