SAP Consultant

We are seeking skilled and motivated SAP Consultants to join our team and contribute to the successful implementation, configuration, and support of various SAP modules. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in optimizing business processes and ensuring smooth system operations. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into practical SAP solutions that align with organizational goals.
- Configure and customize SAP modules such as FI, CO, MM, SD, HCM, and PP according to project needs.
- Support SAP implementation activities, including system testing, data migration, and providing assistance post go-live to ensure system stability.
- Collaborate closely with business users to identify process improvement opportunities and conduct end-user training sessions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issues promptly to minimize operational disruptions.
- Coordinate with technical teams, including ABAP developers and Basis administrators, to support system enhancements and custom developments.
- Prepare detailed documentation such as functional specifications, system configurations, and process flow diagrams to maintain clarity and compliance.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of SAP ERP systems and core business processes across various modules.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Location:
This position is based in Pakistan and requires in-person attendance.

Job Type and Compensation:
This is a full-time role offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs200,000 to Rs400,000.
