The incumbent will be responsible to:
Receive/transfer/divert calls and connect all calls
Maintain records of personal/official calls, and check bills for personal/official calls and charge accordingly
Receive and convey messages to respective staff
Maintain telephone directory timely
Inform staff about their visitors and guide them to the meeting point
Ensure that the reception area is well-maintained
Assist the Admin Officer in daily routine administrative tasks
Carry out any other task assigned.
