We are looking for a potential, well-mannered, presentable, experienced candidate to join as "Front Desk Officer". She must be fluent in English and have minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience. Main responsibilities include;
· Manage incoming/outgoing Calls
· Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests and offering them a beverage, answering phones, handling company inquiries, and sorting and distributing mail
· Answer inquiries about company.
· Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable.
