The Customer Experience Lead is an entry level team management position. It plays an essential role in managing customer expectation and agent expectation. The individual in this position must possess excellent people management skills, understanding and enthusiasm for the goals and directives of SAPPHIRE. This position requires excellent skills in written communication, call handling, team management, call listening and quality and a dedication to providing excellent experience.

  • Provide written correspondence in response to emails, chats, social media and written letters from customers
  • Take complaints and ensure timely resolution of the complaints.
  • Should be able to take inbound and make outbound calls
  • Ensure customer experience officers are adhering to SAPPHIRE’s procedures and controls
  • Address complaints concerning customer billing, services rendered and articles shipped as and when required
  • Determine when escalated situations must be communicated to lead and assist in this communication
  • All other duties as assigned
