The typical candidate must have clear understanding of construction drawings and be able to implement them as they are planned. - Supervise engineering and technical staff
- Suggest specialist components, fixtures or fittings
- Manage approved budgets
- Maintaining statistical records
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Creating maintenance procedures
- Managing stocks of supplies and equipment on site to make sure work is done efficiently.
- Prepare product reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
- Keep equipment operational by following manufacturer's instructions and established procedures; requesting repair service.
- Completes projects by training and guiding technicians.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
