• Payroll Administration
  • Maintenance of Leave/Absence record
  • Preparation and maintenance the personal files of the employees
  • Management of the HR Time and Attendance System
  • Participation in the Recruitment and Selection process in line with organization requirements
  • Participation in the development and delivery of company induction process for new starters
  • Participation in developing and updating HR Policies and Procedures as necessary
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant statutory legislation and HR best practices
  • Supporting employees on all human resource issues or queries they may have and facilitating actions to resolve these in a timely manner
  • Human Resource administration and maintenance of records and systems as required
  • Assist and support rollout of various initiatives, projects and improvements within the organization e.g. Performance Management, Training and Development, Health and Safety.         
  • Carry out any other duties assigned by management.
