Responsibilities
- Design, plan, and supervise the installation of solar photovoltaic systems for residential and commercial applications.
- Conduct site surveys and assess the technical feasibility and environmental suitability of potential solar project locations.
- Prepare detailed electrical layouts, engineering drawings, and comprehensive system designs.
- Manage the installation, testing, and commissioning phases of solar systems to ensure proper functionality and compliance.
- Coordinate workflows and communications with contractors, vendors, and internal project teams to maintain project timelines.
- Ensure all projects comply with electrical safety standards, renewable energy regulations, and client specifications.
- Monitor project progress on site and troubleshoot or resolve technical challenges promptly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including technical reports, installation records, and performance analysis.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of four technical professionals, providing guidance and supporting their development.
