Purpose of the position
Regular, timely and accurate Posting in ERP (Tally) & Review, analysis, documentation & reporting of all Sales & Purchase related transactions.
Responsibilities & duties
- Daily regular Data entry / posting of Sales/Purchase transactions to be captured from the Control Register, in ERP (Tally).
- Review of Data Entry done in excel based system (DP).
- Preparation and issuance of various documents like Invoice, Contracts, Delivery challan etc.
- Preparatio and issuance of various reports like Daily Inventory Reports, Sales Running orders etc.
- Any other tasks assigned by the Manager Accounts from time to time.
