1. Achieve Sales targets with highly controlled expenses.
  2. Achieve Service targets.
  3. Ensure best quality of food is provided to customers & maximize their satisfaction.
  4. Develop new customers and retain old customers.
  5. Care Customers and maintain good business relationship.
  6. Plan visits to Local markets and/or outstation for development of strong business relations with customers.
  7. Overseeing all four segments (Production, Delivery, Dining and Take away) and their related properly.
  8. Support to Director Operations for smooth operations.
  9. Staff Management.
  10. Oversee daily restaurant operations of Front of the House and Back of the House.
  11. Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints and quires.
  12. Organize and supervise shifts.
  13. Prepare reports at the end of the week and send to OM/CEO on weekly basis, including staff control, food control and sales.
  14. Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
  15. Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products.
  16. Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
  17. Ensure to follow PFA rules and regulations.
  18. Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it.
  19. Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste and undue expenses.
  20. To Promote organize marketing activities, such as promotional in local community through word-of- mouth, events and discount schemes.
  21. Analyses and plan restaurant sales levels and profitability and take responsibility for the business performance of the restaurant.
  22. Create and execute plans for department sales, profit and staff development.
  23. Check stock levels, order supplies and prepare cash drawers and petty cash.
  24. Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, health and safety as per SOP’
