Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and about Active Life Insurance / Takaful in marketing for the right price under the best terms.
- Manage overall sales and marketing activities that include market research, sales presentations, analysis of sales and marketing trends, advertising, and marketing promotional events.
- Intermediate to Master’s degree in Marketing or Sales or Business Administration or similar.
- Handle the relationship with clients and agents locally and globally.
- Updated knowledge of sales-related legal documentation and Insurance / Takaful management.
- Experience in strategy development within Marketing & Sales for New Business Developments.
- Staying up-to-date with new products/services of the Insurance / Takaful industry.
- Proven track of successful sales record
- Energetic female sales executive required.
- Responsible for achieving aggressive targets.
- Handle customer questions, inquiries, and complaints In house on phone.
- Strong sales negotiation and communication skills.
- Basic IT skills, including the use of spreadsheets + Ms. Office
