Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the Reception Area and Look after the office maintenance
- Total control on Daily courier mails, verify monthly TCS bill, proper distribution of marked and personal documents, Look after Admin OTRS
- Total control on attendance systems
- Total control on PAXB system and keep sharp eye on duration of calls
Knowledge, Skills and Personal Characteristics:
- Candidate should be Fluent in English, confident, control over emotions, should be able to work as a team member.
- Hard worker, Honest, punctual and regular.
