A new and dynamic technology company has opened up its doors for expansion in Pakistan to recruit a team of young and enthusiastic individuals with experience in the retail sector with solid experience in handling Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCGs) from popular international and large Pakistani brands.
We have established our footing in Rawalpindi and are currently looking for enthusiastic, young and target oriented individuals for Sales jobs of our consumer products range. The ideal candidate will be required to have the following skills:
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by the sales manager
- Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
- Manage complex strategies given by with senior-level executives
- Build rapport and establish long term relationships with retail customers
- Effectively manage customers and their operations
- Responsible for the execution of the Channel Category plans at the POP (Point of Purchase)/Outlets as per the channel and category prioritization
- Responsible to provide quality and on-time information
· Qualifications
- 2-5 years' target carrying sales experience
- Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
- Demonstrable track record of over-achieving targets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Capacity to understand all sales functional areas i.e. Channel & Category Sales Development (CCSD), Customer relationship, Distribution handling
