Job Description

  1. Assist with the preparation of financial documents such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable/receivable.
  2. Process transactions accurately and timely into the accounting system.
  3. Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data.
  4. Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions and documents.
  6. Provide support during audits by gathering necessary documentation and information.
  7. Assist with payroll processing and related tasks as needed.
  8. Collaborate with other departments to resolve financial discrepancies and inquiries.
  9. Follow internal accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
  10. Perform general administrative tasks to support the accounting team as required.
