The IT Assistant will provide technical support and assistance to users within the organization, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and assist with basic IT tasks as directed by the IT Manager or senior staff members.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and software applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems promptly to minimize downtime and disruptions.
Assist with setting up and maintaining network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and access points.
Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as system updates, backups, and antivirus scans.
Document technical procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for reference purposes.
Assist with IT projects, such as system upgrades, migrations, and deployments, as assigned.
Train users on basic IT procedures and best practices to enhance their productivity and efficiency.
