IT Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Support: Provide first-level technical support to employees via phone, email, or in person. Assist with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

Hardware Maintenance: Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, printers, and other hardware devices.

Software Installation: Assist in the installation, updating, and troubleshooting of software applications.

User Account Management: Create, modify, and manage user accounts in various systems and applications.

Network Support: Assist with basic network troubleshooting and connectivity issues.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of hardware and software inventory, as well as user support requests and resolutions.

Security Awareness: Promote and adhere to security best practices, including user account management, password policies, and data protection.

Assist IT Projects: Provide support to IT projects as needed, including hardware upgrades, software deployments, and system migrations.

Training: Assist in providing basic IT training to employees, helping them use technology effectively and securely.
