Head Of Engineering - Injection Molding / Toothbrushes
SB Alliance Pvt Ltd is a leading Plastics and Toothbrushes manufacturer based in Sundar Industrial Estate, Lahore. Our management team carries 45+ years of experience in the field. We are expanding our team and searching for an experienced Head Engineer to join our organization.
The Engineer will take on the Lead role and responsibility of all our machinery in the plant.
Must Have:
- Minimum Bachelors in Engineering (Mechanical)
- Experience with Injection Molding machines for at 7years and above
- Experience with auxiliary machinery
- Preferred experience with Toothbrushes machines
Key Responsibilities:
- Setting injection molding and Toothbrush Tufting machine parameters as required during Production
- Managing and evaluating performance of injection molding and toothbrush Tufting machines during production hours, including evaluation of product quality
- Managing all auxiliary machinery including blister packing, shrink wrap, labelling machines, etc. including product quality
- Trouble shooting and Maintenance of machinery when required
- Working closely to set up new machinery when required
- Learning all the Ins-and-outs of the complex machinery so as to become the lead.
- Working closely with production supervisor and reporting directly into the CEO and directors
