SBF ( Stainless Steel pipes ) is one of the Oldest in Manufacturing Business.   SBF is capable of making various decorative Stainless Steel pipes in multiple series. Our products are extensively used for decorative constructions in Airports, Restaurants, Shopping Malls, Medical Instruments, Fitness equipment, and also in High-End decoration for vehicles, ship, stores, hotels, house, buildings, apartments including  Residential and Commercial Proiects e.t.c.    We are looking for services of a HR/Admin Manager, Good Salary package with Perks will be offered accordingly. One Should be able to fulfil the following responsabilities:

  • Should be able to Design, Hire and Implement the Organo-Gram for a newly established wing.
  • Able to Hire / Source Workforce for Manufacturing / Engineering Concern Organisation (from Un-Skilled to Qualified Manufacturing Unit Staff/Workforce)
  • Able to Hire / Source  staff for SalesMarketingBrandingStores,& Accounts Departments.
  •  HR / Admin Experience would be Preferred in Hiring and Administration for  Sales/Marketing WorkForce and Production Unit Staff/workforce  for PaintAluminium, Glass,  Electric CablesPVC/PPRC Pipe Industries. etc
  • Recruitment by using different sources.
  • HR Policy Manual, Documents & implementation
  • Maintaining the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
  • Maintaining organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes
  • Must have command over legal issues related to Labor, employees management, grievance handling, discplinary matters and labor laws.
  • Have strong understanding of EOBI, PESSI, Education Cess and WPPF etc.
  • Monitor and supervise all personnel activities of time office and generation of all relevant reports
  • Update payroll data regarding different types of deduction as per SOP
  • Prepare, develop and implement procedures and policies on staff recruitment.
  • Process employment contracts, undertaking of confidentiality, confirmation letters, termination and resignation letters as per the instructions from HR executive.
