- Ensure completion of assigned tenders on time according to CLO and with a high level of accuracy
- Translate the specifications to the most optimized technical offer in consultation with FO seeking technical clarification from engineering and manufacturing as required.
- Undertake ongoing technical and applications training to keep up to date with best practice on application of equipment.
- Through the technical antenna ensure that the BU is kept up to date with frequent specifications that we cannot comply with.
- Undertake ongoing training to be very aware of communication (written and verbal) with customers, FO and solutions teams.
- Ensure that all tender requests are documented in BFO and after closing support any ongoing discussion and obtain feedback on results, ensure relevant feedback is recorded.
- Ensure that there is a detailed handover to projects including FO/Solutions teams, communicating full details on technical, commercial and FAT expectations
- Compliance with Schneider-Electric’s Principles of Responsibility
- Ensure safety is a priority in all projects. Ensure compliance with local regulations and site safety requirements for all works carried on external to a Schneider electric site. Ensure hazards are identified and reported.
