• In this role, you will be supporting our French speacking clients based in Canada.
  • You should have a candid personality and should be up for following responsibilities:I.
  • Effectively manage high traffic incoming calls and customer service inquiries for French speaking clients
  • II. Identify customer needs to ensure timely response and customer satisfaction
  • III. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using pertinent tools and methods
  • IV. Effectively handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • V. Maintain records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
  • VI. Effectively follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies, as defined by the management
  • VII. Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee.

  • We are growing business, and are on-boarding new customers and employees.
