ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design stable and reliable databases, according to the company requirements.
- Responsible for developing, testing, improving and maintaining new and existing databases to help users retrieve data effectively.
- Working closely with developers to ensure system consistency.
- Collaborating with administrators and clients to provide technical support and identify new requirements.
- Produce high quality code, by strictly following best practices and coding standards
- Database design and writing stored procedures, functions, triggers and views using T-SQL.
- Resolve complex design and architecture issues.
- Backup configurations and monitoring.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of experience in database designing and development using MS SQL server.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, demonstrating a result-oriented mindset.
- Experience in financial domain and Aurora MySQL and Athena would be an advantage.
- Demonstrate critical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Experience in AWS RDS would be an advantage.
