ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Corresponds with various departments and line managers to identify and understand recruitment requirements and assists in creating job descriptions
  • Handles job-postings, phone-screens and interviews potential candidates, corresponds with applicants regarding the status of their application
  • Assists in implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategic goals
  • Proposes feasible solutions to automate HR practices and makes the processes efficient and proficient
  • Collects and maintains employee documents, prepares appointment letters, devises, compiles and maintains onboarding and off boarding checklists, maintains employee data and pertinent documentation
  • Manages HR processes from end to end, in order to induce engagement and foster positive attitude toward organizations goals.

REQUIREMENTS

  • A minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, People Management or the relevant
  • Proven track record of successful recruitment in a fast paced environment, preferably IT/Software development companies
  • 2+ years’ experience in HR and/or recruitment roles
  • Strong grasp on MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent business acumen
  • Active listening, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Hands-on experience with LMS and HRIS is preferred
  • Prior experience with ISO27001 and SOC1/2 audits is a huge plus
  • Self-motivated, people oriented and results driven. PHYSICAL

REQUIREMENTS:

This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers, reach with hands and arms, and bend or lift up to 25 pounds.
