- Managing Physical and Logical Local Area Networks
- LAN Cable and Access Control, as well as VR system implementation and service
- Managing software licenses and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
- Provide Technical support and assistance to end-users, maintaining computer systems, and troubleshooting network and hardware issues and providing timely resolution.
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware, software, peripherals and networks
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, printers, scanners, and copiers
- Managing and monitoring system backups and disaster recovery procedures
- Conducting regular system preventive maintenance and monitoring to ensure the stability and performance of IT systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborating with other IT team members to ensure the smooth operation of the IT infrastructure.
- Contributing to the development of new IT solutions and services
- Maintaining and updating documentation related to IT systems and procedures.
- Assisting in the implementation of IT policies and procedures
- Collaborating with other IT team members on projects and initiatives
- Staying up to date with the latest trends and technologies in IT
- Telecom Work and PABX Management
- Coordination with ISP for smooth connectivity and billing
