Areas of Responsibility:

  • Own, build, and operate the Sales marketing programming focusing on repeatable lead-generation strategies that drive clear KPI results.
  • Create go to market strategies and digital media campaigns for brand marketing and lead generation initiatives
  • Act as a lead contributor to brand strategy spanning press releases, marketing collateral, and digital presence
  • Execute lead generation campaigns across digital platforms, including social media and email, focusing on testing and conversion rate optimization
  • Own Payactiv presence at trade shows and marketing events for business partners
  • Optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.
  • Utilize a data-driven approach to build and manage departmental KPIs around new business
  • Utilize a deep understanding of growth & optimization best practices such as A/B testing to run experiments and evaluate results
  • Work cross-functionally with multiple internal teams including Sales and Account Management
  • Strategize around the creation of collateral for sales events, campaigns, and clients
  • Build out ABM strategies and campaigns to convert target businesses

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years experience in B2B lead-generation
  • Experience in managing event marketing
  • Strong understanding of tracking and results-oriented metrics including CPA, CPL, Conversion Rates, and ROI
  • Proficient in productivity platforms such as Confluence, Jira, Salesforce, Trello, and more
  • Proficient in marketing platforms such as Hubspot, MoEngage, Pendo, and more
  • Proficient in media platforms such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, and Bing
  • Ability to work independently and work well with others across multi-functional teams
  • Flexible and adaptable within a fast-paced environment
  • BS or BA degree preferred
