JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own cross-platform lead flow reporting and documentation.
- Work with Content and Product Marketing to develop B2B and D2C marketing automation workflows.
- Build customers segments (B2B and D2C) to amplify Sales & Marketing efforts.
- Monitor and maintain data quality across the marketing database to ensure accurate reporting.
- Assist cross-functional teams to achieve KPIs through marketing automation.
- Partner with the Director of Marketing Operations to analyze Marketing & Sales data across various channels.
- Administer marketing automation platforms and ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Monitor and maintain data flow between various Marketing & Sales databases (HubSpot & Salesforce).
REQUIREMENTS
- A minimum of Bachelor's degree.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience working in B2B Marketing/Revenue Operations or Demand Generation.
- Experience managing and working with multiple Marketing & Sales tools particularly HubSpot and Salesforce.
- Proficiency with HubSpot is preferred.
- Experience working across an integrated MarTech stack is a plus.
- A roll-up the sleeves mentality of getting the job done.
- The willingness and ability to learn and adopt cutting edge technology to better Sales & Marketing efforts.
- A passion for data and data analysis to drive business results.
