What you will do...
Work with key stakeholders to track, develop and execute project plans from ideation to launch and post-launch objectives.
Coordinate projects across multiple teams and individual stakeholders to achieve optimal solutions.
Track progress, identify issues and risks and develop management and mitigation strategies. Make appropriate tradeoffs to optimize timelines.
Clearly communicate to internal cross-functional and remote project teams.
Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation to management, evaluate options and make tradeoffs, and balance business needs versus technical constraints.
What you need...
2+ years of agile project management experience preferably in high-tech marketing and/or customer success. Prefer experience in fintech.
Start-up experience and proven skills to be agile and flexible
Working experience with a US-based firm is mandatory.
Experience defining and delivering projects that meet rapidly evolving business needs
Know-how of various project management tools like Trello, Asana, Jira (preferable).
Be able to thrive and succeed in an active entrepreneurial environment and navigate ambiguity and competing priorities
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to take large, complex work and break it down into manageable pieces and then deliver such in a successful and timely manner
Track record for being detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow-through on projects with excellent organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills
Ability to communicate effectively and establish credibility with technical and non-technical stakeholders including executive staff
Basic knowledge in reporting.
Backlog grooming and proficiency in Jira and Confluence, G-Suite and Microsoft Office is a must.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
This is a night shift position in PST hours.
