- The project, manage, and prioritized marketing projects/initiatives across marketing teams
- Manage project intake – review briefs to ensure accuracy, and maintain timelines for asset deliverables.
- Manage multiple key marketing projects simultaneously, including defining & maintaining scope, timelines, budget, resource allocation, milestones, deliverables, and risk monitoring
- Ongoing process assessment, improvement, and documentation
- Provide timely communication to cross-functional teams to ensure awareness, participation, and alignment on key marketing projects/initiatives
- Own the planning calendar: assign deliverables, manage timelines, lead cross-functional planning meetings, and project kick-off/check-in meetings
What we need you to have:
- 2+ years experience in a Marketing, Project Management, or a related field
- Working experience with a US-based firm is mandatory
- Excellent organizational skills & attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with team members at various levels of the organization
- Reliable with strong follow-through abilities
- Can set and meet deadlines, multitask, and prioritize. Able to manage a high volume of tasks and multiple projects without a lot of direction or oversight
- Experience with project management software (i.e. Asana, Jira, Workfront, Monday, etc.)
