We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Operations Analyst to join our team! As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting all sales operations activities, including forecasting/reporting.
Sales Operations Analyst duties and responsibilities
- Performing data analysis and reviewing metrics
- Interpreting and presenting data results
- Developing detailed sales forecasting
- Assist in territory and quota administration, report and dashboard management, basic troubleshooting, and other tasks required.
- Analyzing and reporting on customer performance and customer experience
- Providing support to the sales and other related departments
- Assist in day-to-day operations
Sales Operations Analyst requirements and qualifications
- Proven work experience in related field
- Fluency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Sheets.
- Must have Advanced Excel Skills (Creating dynamic reports with Pivot Tables, Building formulas, Cell formatting, Managing large datasets with functions: IF, SUM, INDEX, MATCH, VLOOKUP, etc.)
- Past experience on SFDC would be a plus
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an analyst
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong analytical skills
- Strong mathematical skills to help collect, measure, organize, and analyze data
- Ability to work in a team environment
