Roles and Responsibilities
- Handles all administrative day to day functions, including user and production maintenance, creating custom reports, users, and dashboards, and workflows.
- Administers overall setup, configuration, and maintenance of the Salesforce application. This includes troubleshooting system issues and providing technical advice and support for users.
- Solves internal user related requests and issues via email.
- Handles Permissions, Custom Reports, Deduping and dashboards, Workflows, any outstanding Salesforce related issues.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for solution architecture that will include configuration, development, integration, and customization of complex environments.
- Strong understanding of SalesForce Declarative Programming and Administration (Develop Code Custom Objects, Visual Force Pages, Reports, Apex, Workflows and Assignment Rules).
- Designs and develops solutions primarily on the Salesforce Platform using Apex Programming Language and Visual Force.
- Develops Software Solutions using MS tools, SalesForce.com API Framework, and 3rd Party API’s
Requirements:
- 3+ years of Salesforce.com Administration and Development.
- 3+ years working on implementations of the Salesforce.com application.
- Intermediate level of proficiency in Salesforce.com administrative tasks such as creating user profiles, roles, custom objects, custom fields, page layouts, workflow rules, validation rules, reports, dashboards
- Experience with data management and relational database design and familiarity with ETL.
- Experience using Salesforce tools (Data Loader, VS Code or Other IDEs).
- Strong understanding of relational databases.
- Experience integrating Salesforce.com with other applications via real-time, batch, sync/async.
