Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handles all administrative day to day functions, including user and production maintenance, creating custom reports, users, and dashboards, and workflows.
  • Administers overall setup, configuration, and maintenance of the Salesforce application. This includes troubleshooting system issues and providing technical advice and support for users.
  • Solves internal user related requests and issues via email.
  • Handles Permissions, Custom Reports, Deduping and dashboards, Workflows, any outstanding Salesforce related issues.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for solution architecture that will include configuration, development, integration, and customization of complex environments.
  • Strong understanding of SalesForce Declarative Programming and Administration (Develop Code Custom Objects, Visual Force Pages, Reports, Apex, Workflows and Assignment Rules).
  • Designs and develops solutions primarily on the Salesforce Platform using Apex Programming Language and Visual Force.
  • Develops Software Solutions using MS tools, API Framework, and 3rd Party API’s


  • 3+ years of Administration and Development.
  • 3+ years working on implementations of the application.
  • Intermediate level of proficiency in administrative tasks such as creating user profiles, roles, custom objects, custom fields, page layouts, workflow rules, validation rules, reports, dashboards
  • Experience with data management and relational database design and familiarity with ETL.
  • Experience using Salesforce tools (Data Loader, VS Code or Other IDEs).
  • Strong understanding of relational databases.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with other applications via real-time, batch, sync/async.
