Responsibilities:
The responsibilities for this position include:
- Develop and execute a social media strategy for all channels
- Manage corporate social media profiles.
- Draft, edit and publish content while monitoring for engagement and responding in real time as necessary.
- Contribute to the development of the content calendar work collaboratively with the marketing and product team.
- Stay on top of industry trends and news to keep our channels fresh and innovative
- Creatively approach content and create graphics, GIFs, videos as necessary
- Measure the impact of social media and report on insights from social media monitoring, campaigns, competitive information and industry trends
- Monitor social conversations around the brand and report on audience reactions and sentiment
- Coordinate creative development and production of digital assets for all social platforms as needed and ensure alignment with brand guidelines by collaborating with the creative team
- Use project management software and other tools to effectively manage projects, social media channels and digital assets
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in social media marketing, ideally in B2B and B2C organizations
- Prior experience driving social strategy and day-to-day execution in a cross functional organization
- Exceptional writing skills and ability to translate complex topics into simple user friendly copy
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects in a dynamic, fast paced environment
- Collaborative team player with great interpersonal skills and ability to work cross functionally
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
