- Responsible to monitor the data processing and will make sure that all the related issues are monitored, reported and fixed.
- Collaborate and work with people of different job areas: Designers to Developers, and Customer Service to Engineering Support Teams.
- Ensure all the receiving data is imported into the system correctly.
- Errors / alerts monitoring.
- Monitor, Create and track tickets/tasks on Sales Force ERP.
- Maintain all the related sheets/records.
- Problem analysis and root cause documentation for all issues.
- Identify frequently occurring issues and coordinate with the concerned teams accordingly.
- Review escalated issues to identify trends and communicate.
- Provide recommendations for improving existing processes and procedures.
- Work under minimal supervision ability to explain technical status to a wide range of end-users.
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure.
