The key responsibilities are as below,
- Preparing and submitting Goods Declarations (GDs) in accordance with customs regulations.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all import transactions.
- Manage import operations and customs clearance activities for clients.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Prepare and submit customs clearance documents and ensure compliance with customs regulations.
- Monitor and update clients on the status of their shipments and resolve any issues that arise.
- Maintain accurate records of import activities and prepare reports as required.
- Assist the Import Manager in managing the import team and delegating tasks as necessary
