We are looking for an energetic, resourceful person to join our team as an office administrator.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage day to day office operations.
  • Deal with utitilites, ISPs and other verndors/service providers.
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, fax, etc.)
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports and office inventory
  • Able to enforce company HR policies
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Assist with Recruiting efforts
  • Coordination with job applicants to schedule their interviews
  • Conduct orientation for the new employees
  • Other adhoc duties as requested
  • Good Knowledge of computer, and MS office
  • Submit timely reports.
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary

Local Candidates will be preferred.
