We are looking for a customer support team member for the following tasks:

  • Attending/making phone calls to customers;
  • Tracking deliveries and coordinating with customers;
  • Taking orders over the phone and ensuring they are dispatched
  • Ensuring the customer is happy and willing to order again;
  • Monitoring live chats over our website and responding to all queries according to the SOPs;
  • Responding to emails and other forms of communication from customers;
  • Other customer-focused activities
