We are urgently looking for HR Executive & Admin Manager For Hiring Call Center Agents/Team Leader & Trainer
Who we are:
- We offer outbound Call Center services to businesses based in US.
- We offer health insurance services to our international businesses and help them to choose better health policy for next year.
- What we require from HR & Admin Manager: We expect you to:
- Coordinate with Business Unit Head to identify staff needs.
- Define and write job descriptions and document requirements and specifications
- Prospective talent hunt using a variety of resources
- Conduct confidential interviews
- Follow-up on references and collecting relevant information
- Shortlist candidates after conducting the interview's.
- Present detailed candidate profile summaries
- Recruit & on-board / off-board staff
- Preparing JD’s /SOPs for all positions.
- Maintain a healthy pool of candidates in case of urgent hiring requirements.
- This is a 9 hours shift (shift timings are from (07:00 PM till 04:00 AM Night Shift).
- In addition to the basic salary, we are offering incentive & Bonus .
