- Carry out onsite and/ or desktop reviews of assigned areas of Bank’s business operations in line compliance monitoring, assurance and validation plans,
- Prepare and disseminate the reports of review engagements with relevant functions and senior management.
- Assist in preparation of monitoring and review methodologies including checklists and templates to execute the review activities
- Assist in preparation of Annual Compliance Monitoring Plan while keeping in view the regulatory requirements and material and high-risk activities as identified through Compliance Risk Assessments or other related assessment.
- Assist in development of independent monitoring and review procedures and processes to be adopted by Compliance Function
- To develop, maintain and share MIS related to Compliance review activities for Senior Management and governance forums of the Bank.
- To impart trainings related to Compliance Monitoring and Assurance activities to First Line of Defense functions and business units.
- Carry out any other tasks assigned by the Chief Compliance Officer or Head, Compliance Monitoring Unit.
