Job brief
We are looking for responsible and reliable Delivery Riders to join our team and deliver our products promptly to our customers. You will represent our company in a professional and cost-effective manner to increase our profitability and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes.
- Pick up and deliver Food & Beverages to customers on time and in good condition.
- Plan and prioritize delivery routes for maximum efficiency.
- Ensure the accuracy of all delivery items.
- Communicate with customers regarding the delivery status and resolve any issues that arise.
- Maintain accurate records of all deliveries.
- Follow all safety guidelines and traffic laws while driving.
- Perform routine maintenance on delivery vehicles as needed.
- Follow routes and time schedule.
- Load, unload, and inspect delivery items and can operate a delivery app and Android phone.
- Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve clients’ complaints.
- Collect payments.
- Inform customers about new products and services.
- Complete reports
- Follow delivery regulations and safety standards.
- Riders must have their own bike.
- Only Second Cup Delivery bags will be used for Food & Beverage deliveries.
- Rs.100 will be offered to the rider against every delivery.
- Fuel, Maintenance, and any damages to the Bike will be the responsibility of the rider.
- Every type of fine related to driving will be the responsibility of the rider.
- All safety protocols must be followed for driving.
- All the customer cash payments are the responsibility of the rider.
- Any loss of product due to mishandling will charge the rider, and a genuine complaint will be at the company’s end.
Requirements and skills
- Proven experience as a delivery rider, with a clean driving record
- Familiarity with local roads and neighborhoods
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Able to use the delivery app.
- Must be available to work weekends and evenings as needed.
