Digital Marketing & Customer Relationship Manager

Summary:

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing and Customer Relationship Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. You should be both creative and data-driven, and enjoy measuring and analyzing the performance of social media posts and blogs to create or fine-tune content that ranks highly in search and drives quality organic traffic to our website and sales channels. You also excel in email marketing tools/platforms and can develop email marketing campaigns that garner high clickthroughs and conversions. On a day-to-day basis, you would be working closely with the team, to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels for our company. You will manage, develop, and oversee all aspects of digital marketing, including social media content creation, email marketing, and digital marketing ads while focusing on cost, relevance, effectiveness, and brand alignment. You will also develop and execute CRM strategy to nurture and retain our existing customers, as well as find, attract and win new B2B and B2C customers. In this role, you will develop and implement strategies to improve email signups, website engagement, increase mobile app users, create stronger consumer engagement, reach key performance indicators, and drive incremental revenue from the B2B relationships. One important aspect of this role will be to engage with potential customers and clients and cultivate a courteous, friendly, and professional relationship. Excellent language and communication skills are a must-have for this job.

Job Responsibilities:

●     Plan and execute all aspects of digital marketing including SEO/SEM, CRM, email marketing, social media (FB, IG, YT), and display advertising campaigns.

●     Develop and execute click funnel strategies for lead generation.

●     Develop and maintain a procedure for regular reporting.

●     Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against KPIs.

●     Identify insights and trends, and optimize ad spend and performance based on those insights.

●     Create A/B and multivariate testing to continually improve campaign results.

●     Work with designers to optimize campaigns.

●     Independently or collaboratively create graphics and landing pages that optimize the user experience.

●     Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.

●     Evaluate emerging technologies and provide insights, leadership, and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

●     Maintain and fine-tune website experience, including SEO, CMS, reviews, and pricing/promotional calendar to ensure consistency in our acquisition strategy and consumer digital experience

Special Requirements:

●     Flexibility to contribute full-time (compensation will be commensurate with the time and experience)

●     Job duties can be performed virtually/remotely.

●     Candidates should be willing to work and report in the US Central time zone.

●     MUST demonstrate your experience developing concepts into campaigns.

Qualifications:

●     Minimum Bachelors Degree or equivalent qualification.

●     Minimum 2-3 years of proven working experience in a digital marketing role.

●     Experience with email marketing and CRM platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Hubspot, SalesForce, etc)

●     Adept at spotting trends and technologies that play roles in consumers’ lives, as well as familiarity with audience identification, segmentation, and targeting in digital marketing strategies.

●     Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.

●     Experience with retargeting and remarketing campaigns in different mediums like Google, Instagram, and Facebook.

●     Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create ad copy that converts.

●     Extreme attention to details with respect to writing accuracy, grammatical correctness, etc.

●     Proven experience in personally creating and implementing an all-encompassing digital marketing strategy from online lead generation through analytics.

●     Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital marketing campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

●     Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.

●     Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends)

●     Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords, Facebook, and Youtube campaigns

●     Experience working with various ad serving tools.

●     Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.

●     WordPress knowledge is a plus

●     Self-starter with an ability to work independently or within a team as required.

●     Preferred experience in working with both B2C and B2B markets.

●     Thrives in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple projects and working under the pressure of a deadline.

●     Exceptional communication and writing skills.

Salary:

●     PKR 80,000 - 100,000 (Commensurate with time contribution and experience level)

●     Bonus and commissions for milestone achievement
