The CBT project is under WFP, SIF is Hiring.
Responsible for:
- Development of area profile and collection of data regarding the target groups.
- Identification of the Assessment of project beneficiaries as per the approved beneficiary selection criteria.
- Assessment for potential agriculturally integrated livelihood needs according to the area dynamics.
- To contribute into and take lead on updating and implementing the livelihood Action Strategy throughout the project logic.
- Increase awareness among farmers and livelihood beneficiaries about available services and equipment.
- Devise Business Management Training plans, Training Modules and deliver training to various target beneficiaries in respective district
- To sensitize the farmers to use advanced yet effective Agri-practices such as using highly productive seeds, protective insecticides, and available modern fertilizers.
- To assist the livelihood beneficiaries in establishing result-oriented market linkages with relevant markets in order to sustain their newly established livelihood options.
- To build and sustain good coordination with line departments.
- Any other assignment given by the supervisor according to the project need.
Objective 2: Coordination Activities:
- Maintain close liaison with CBOs, technical line departments, and local markets.
- Establish strong liaison with the relevant departments and get technical guidance, day-to-day lessons, and best practices replication in the implementation of the project intervention.
- Maintain close coordination with the donor technical focal person in order to ensure that the activities are implemented in a coordinated yet effective manner.
Objective 3: Documentation Activities:
- Ensure proper documentation.
- Developed case studies/ success stories
- Final report of different activities
Objective 3: Reporting Activities:
- Report all the activities to the project manager in a timely manner.
- Collect and analyze the reports and provide necessary feedback to the concerned
- Prepare field visits’ reports and other ad hoc reports.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/BEHAVIOR
- Masters in Sociology, Social work, Business Management or any other related degree in Social Sciences with Minimum 2 years of relevant and 4 years of general experience with an NGO
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal); fluency in Local language & Urdu; knowledge of English an asset.
- Minimum Two Years relevant experience
- Good knowledge of rights-based approach and of social dynamics in working area
- Experience of working with diverse civil society organizations
