Objective 1: Cooking Activities:
- Plan for meals and snacks within given budget; procure food items at best quality and best price.
- Accountable for expenditures, providing supporting valid and authentic receipts to the supervisor.
- Prepare and serve tea and lunch in accordance with the lunch and tea break timings.
- Responsible for maitaining hygiene while cooking food.
- Observe and test food taste to determine if they have been cooked sufficiently and keep the spices aveage, eateable for all the staff.
- Prepare food for expat Staff.
- Cook meals according to the number of persons hosted in the guesthouses and the office with the focus on hygiene and quantity must be enough for the staff as required.
- Menu of the lunch and dinner should be made in advance considering the opinions of the supervisor.
Objective 2: Kitchen Cleaning and maintains:
- Responsible for washing dishes and maintaining them in the kitchen cabinet.
- Organize and maintain the kitchen, kitchen equipment, cooking utensils and dishes in good, complete and clean order.
- Store food properly in the office fridge and expat office/house.
- Ensure the good use of SIF crockery (pans, cooking utensils, cooking items, food).
- Report all necessary maintenance requests timely to the main office administration on given forms for this purpose.
